Join us for a 5-week skills series focused on training participants to get mentally and physically strong and ready for the mountain sport(s) of their choice in a fun, supportive group environment. All paces welcome, workouts can be easily modified for all levels!
Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm, rain or shine

Meeting at different locations in NW and SW Portland (locations revealed upon sign up)
Focuses include:
-Fundamentals of training for mountain & endurance sports
-The “Holy Trinity” of Muscles—the “mental muscle”, core, and glutes
-All-around core strength
-Balance + 1-leg/unilateral stability
-Explosive power
-Mindset and the mental muscle
Max group size—15 people
