*What is foot travel? you are probably asking.
Foot travel is a casual, low pressure way of moving on trails that employs a blend of hiking and easy running to maximize enjoyment—simple as that! The idea is that oftentimes when people think “running” and hit the trails with that mindset they put unnecessary pressure on themselves to perform at a certain pace or intensity that may or may not be the most sensible or realistic. This can be especially detrimental to newer trail-curious folks, which is why we offer this series!
