GROUP TRAINING //
WMFA offers in-person movement sessions to connect with people and challenge mind and body. Open to all levels—everything is modifiable and designed to be adjusted to personal preference.
ROAM-
This is a series of fun, totally modifiable (running is NEVER required!), small group, outdoor workouts, meeting at a variety of locations around PDX. Plenty of fresh air and good people + great vibes provided.

All Mountain Training w/ Coach Willie McBride
This series is proudly offered in partnership with Mountain Shop, Why Racing Events, Bivouac Racing, and Trail Butter.
Join us for a 5-week skills series focused on training participants to get mentally and physically strong and ready for the mountain sport(s) of their choice in a fun, supportive group environment. All paces welcome, workouts can be easily modified for all levels!

Intro to Foot Travel w/ Coach Willie McBride
This series is proudly offered in partnership with Mountain Shop, Why Racing Events, Bivouac Racing, and Trail Butter.
Join us for a 5-week skills series focused on introducing participants to the fundamentals (and joys!) of foot travel* on trails in a fun, supportive group environment. All paces welcome, workouts can be easily modified for all levels!
